Bah Kut Teh 肉骨茶

Bak kut Teh is a pork rib dish cooked in broth popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore where there is a predominant Hoklo and Teochew community, and also in neighbouring areas like Indonesia in Riau Islands and Southern Thailand.

Bak Kut Teh Got Dry Version & Soup Version, Dry Version Come With Dried Chilies & Sotong, Some Even With Salted Fish. Then The Soup Version is very common as you can see from the photo above. Personal Favorite Will Be The Dry Version Bat Kut Teh because is more flavorful and goes so well with rice & I Miss Going To Klang Bak Kut Teh!

Kai Fan 鸡饭

The general term nasi ayam can refer to multiple variations including roasted and fried chicken, can be served with a variety of sauces including barbecue, and can be accompanied by a variety of side dishes including steamed rice rather than seasoned 'oily' rice, soup, or chicken offal.

Did You Know In Malacca and Muar, the rice is served in balls rather than in bowls; this dish is commonly known as Chicken rice balls. Steamed rice is shaped into golf ball-sized orbs and served alongside the chopped chicken. My Must-Have During My Day Trip to Melaka, There is One Located at Jonker Street So Yummy!

Dim Sum 点心

Dim sum 点心 is a style of Chinese cuisine. It is prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on a small plate.
Dim sum is generally considered
Cantonese, although other varieties exist. Dim sum dishes are usually served with tea and together form a full tea brunch

My Favorite Dim Sum PLace at Kuala Lumpur will Be

Tai Chow 大炒

Tai Chow is Everything You Can Order Your Dishes by Cooking Style,
Your Preferred Ingredients, Your Preferred Spicy Level.
For Chinese Style Tai Chow, They Used A lot of Dark Soy Sauce To Make it Tasty By Its Seasoning!
And Never Forget Their Cooking Style From Stir-Fry with Charcoal, really miss the "wok hei",   Then They Have Steamed Seafood with Ginger. MyFavorite will Always Steamed Cod Fish Because it is Almost Boneless when having it!
As Of The Spicy Level, you can choose, extra hot, hot, milf hot. I will choose mild hot for my 麻婆豆腐, but sometimes I will order extra hot during the gloomy & raining!

My Must Visit Taiwan Cuisine Restaurant when I am at Major Shopping Mall Like Mid Valley, Pavillion, I Definitely will go  Din Tai Fung, Their Soup, Their Dumpling Makes Me Warm & Yummy!
