If you haven’t already heard The Music Run™ by AIA Vitality is returning to Kuala Lumpur for its fourth edition this November 4th!
This time with major upgrades for Music Runners. The annual run is kicking things up a notch with the addition of a new timed 10k track for runners who want to take their fitness game to new highs. Whether you are walking a gentle 5K, running the 5K or training for the 10K run, preparation is key to crossing the finish line this 4th of November.

(MOTAC) organised the second series of the Kids Eco Dash at Bukit Nanas Forest Eco Park today.
This is a running event organised for children that is similar to the 'BIG RACE’ held at safe and educational ecotourism locations.
Parents, guardians and family members were also invited to participate in the event as volunteers, not only to ensure the children's safety, but also to provide rapport among parents during the arrangement of event's logistics such as maintaining venue cleanliness, providing briefings to parents, and distributing race kits.

Cooking 2017）顺利在马来西亚One City的One Space @ The Square举行第一场比赛。来自四个家庭的参赛者纷纷大展烹饪手艺，在赛场上一较高低。李锦记希望透过此比赛让孩子探索启发烹饪潜能，并与家人享受一起做饭的美好时光。

"Kuala Lumpur Fabulous Food Hunt 2017" (KLFFH 2017) an interesting event
hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia F.T. Kuala Lumpur/
Putrajaya (MOTAC FT KL/Putrajaya) and the Kuala Lumpur Tourism Bureau.
The event is organised to support “Fabulous Food 1Malaysia” Citarasa
campaign which was launched since 2009.
