Reunion in S2 with Joys Anew”《元宵团圆,喜乐年年》
As we are nearing a prosperous festive season, IJM Land Berhad (IJM Land) will be hosting its annual celebratory Chap Goh Mei celebration at its flagship development Seremban 2’s City Park. Celebrating with the theme “Reunion in S2 with Joys Anew”《元宵团圆,喜乐年年》 on 3 March 2018, IJM Land will not fail to impress, as this highly-anticipated event on IJM Land’s calendar will be kicking off with a fanfare of activities which will leave residents longing for more.
Visitors to the event will see a full-day packed programme beginning with a Chinese calligraphy competition from as early as 7.00am. This yearly Chinese Calligraphy Competition is a collaboration between IJM Land and Uni Art Fair Sdn Bhd 芙蓉书艺协会with the sole objective of promoting the art of Chinese calligraphy among young children and the community. Participants of this competition will get to enjoy this activity among the township’s relaxed park setting against a scenic backdrop of serene lake and vast surrounding greenery.
Visitors will also be delighted to know that for the fifth time consecutively, IJM Land’s Chap Goh Mei Celebration will be graced with a Chap Goh Mei Concert with the theme “Symphony of Love” by a star-studded cast of ASTRO artistes and celebrities including Jiang Han, Yoke, Geraldine, Kelly, Chris, Chezi, and many other well-known individuals in the Astro family as well, performing their special concert that will leave visitors completely in awe.
In addition, a myriad of joyful decorations ranging from a Cherry Blossom tree lighted with colourful LED lights to a brightly-lit Lover’s Bridge and many more dazzling displays will make for spectacular photo opportunities, and there will be walkabouts by the prosperous Gods of Wealth “Fuk Lok Sau” (Three Wise Men) with special giveaways to visitors including unlimited balloon fun twisting with clowns. The first 800 visitors will also receive a festive gift at the redemption counter from 7.00pm onwards and the event will culminate with a dazzling fireworks display at about 11:00pm.
